I got me a bloggin' award.

My friend and fellow mama, Carol, received and then passed on this Sunshine Award to my blog. You can check it out on her blog, right here. While there, you can see some of her pictures of her beautiful girly girls, Camdyn and Chloe. But I warn you -- mixed in with the sweet smile of those pictures and their stories, Carol often writes poignantly and honestly about her life. Her recent post about saying good-bye to their house was not the first time her blog made me cry.

And since this is a pass-it-on kind of thing, I'd like to share a little sunshine with Kim and her blog about, as she puts it, her life as a cradle rocker. Kim shares her stories of her everyday life and her adorable little guy, Quinn, who incidentally seems to have a crush on Lily, which may or may not have influenced this award. Either way, Kim's blog is fun to read, and her pictures always make me smile. So here you go, Kim, grab the pic and enjoy a little sunshine. (We'll take it wherever we can find it, since that whole Sunshine State thing doesn't seem to be working out, huh?)
