Lily goes clubbing

Ok, it's not as bad as it sounds. But I did have my baby in a bar on Friday night. I kinda had to go as I was part of the group that was planning the party. And when Khan found out it was at Gameworks, he wanted to come, too. We decided Lily isn't ready to be at home by herself yet, and Kitty's just doesn't pay enough attention. So she came with.

But it turned out just fine. There were plenty of other kids and even a two-week-old there. And we had an awesome turnout, which is great, after you've invested time and effort into planning a party, it's really nice when people actually show up for it.

We had plenty of time to show off our baby girl, and that was really fun. She smiled for everyone and loved the attention. But we did keep her up a bit past her bedtime. (And that's classic Marina in the photo above being silly, with a cameo of one of our vice presidents jumping in behind her.)

But, this better be the last time Lily's in a bar until she's 25.
